About Us

Dan is a degreed mechanical engineer with 25 years pf experience working as a structural/mechanical engineer, lead project engineer, and construction project manager. He has worked at the following companies as a consultant: Stone & Webster Engineering Company, Bechtel Power Engineering & Construction Company and New York Power Authority. Dan started building custom homes in the 1980s in Exeter, NH.

Pat Hadley works closely with the client in making decisions about the interior features of the home. Pat is pleased to direct the client to a well known interior designer who is also a certified kitchen and bath designer that pays close attention to all details specified by the client.

Current projects include two completed homes in Blue Hill, ME, and a third now started in the same subdivision for a new client. One of the completed homes sold last spring and the other is currently for sale. This house is always open for prospective clients to see in person the attention to details and high quality construction using the latest building technology.

Dan firmly believes in working with local contractors whenever possible, demanding the highest quality workmanship and working within the client's budget and schedule. Kept at top priority, these values have proven successful for both the client and contractor. Dan looks forward to building quality custom homes in and around the Blue Hill Peninsula.
